So what happens when contraceptives and birth control didn't work?
SOL, I'd guess.
So what happens when contraceptives and birth control didn't work?
because there is no unalienable right to murder ones children, already born or not.
Why should it? Rights are inherent. How someone became pregnant, what their thought process was at the time, how aware they were, how they view abortion - none of that matters to the rights that they have.
You do not understand that the leaked abortion decision validates that the right to abortion is not a Constitutional right...hence, it is not an enumerated right and the states prevail.
so having a right to keep and bear arms should alleviate my responsibility if I kill or injure someone with them. understood.

He's posted that he is not a democrat before.
I didn't believe him then.
when we declare war - we know with a large possibility that someone will die. shouldn't it be illegal to declare wars knowing the ramifications under this logic?
Are you aware that infanticide is illegal, right?
where did you get the understanding that 'unborn children' do not exist?
Why does the leaked decision have more weight than the actual decision made decades ago?
You sound upset about the "overturning Roe" thing from the other thread.

Do you consider that to be a logical comparison?
how can something SPECIFICALLY written in the Constitution be illegal?
and yet you're trying to say it IS legal
Because a bad "settled law" has been corrected.
The original Roe vs. Wade was bad settled law.
