Rights are rights. None of this discussion should hinge around how a woman got pregnant in the 1st place (which is often circumstances that would hardly lend themselves to the idea that she's choosing to have a baby when she engages in sex).

yes, gun ownership should indeed be a state issue. the 2nd Amendment prohibits federal authority over all of our arms.............and in a CONSTITUTIONAL REPUBLIC, states that do NOT have gun ownership rights stated within their state constitutions can make all the gun laws they want.

when a person engages in sex, they should KNOW the possibility of pregnancy exists...........should they not?
