GOP talking point: if you oppose SCOTUS decision, you're against democracy

Sorry, I don't understand your post.

Incorporation is the concept of taking these laws that only applied to the fed and make then apply to states

The 9th pertained to the states – so it is not possible to incorporate what was already incorporated so to speak

yes. explain what you mean by not wanting a woman to 'suffer'

Many women who would normally get an abortion for unwanted pregnancies will have their entire lives disrupted in ways that would take too long to list here. Depending on a wide variety of circumstances, they will suffer emotionally, economically, possibly physically.

Do you think giving birth w/ all of the consequences that come w/ it is easy?

It's all irrelevant, anyway. Rights are rights.

so contrary to earlier statements by many on the left, abortion IS used for birth control

being a parent, or ignoring consequences of decisions that can result in being a parent, can be very difficult to deal with, but it's a CHOICE that they made

we're not talking about a federally protected right..........

Again - how the pregnancy happened has no relevance whatsoever to the discussion. Nor do the reasons that women choose to terminate pregnancies.

These are more appeals to emotion.

and since it is a STATE issue, STATES have power and authority to do such.............the beauty of a constitutional republic is that people can vote or move to a more appealing state.

So if SCOTUS decides to leave the rights of black people and women to the states, they aren't losing anything?

Seems legit.
