Sorry, but I think we should be holding our leaders to a higher standard than some office flunky new to the job.

Hillary deliberately avoided a government server because she was smart enough to know that was covered by law. I have no doubt Hillary was smarter than either Bill or Pedo Don…probably both put together since they both think with their dicks. I don’t buy that she was stupid or negligent. She knew exactly what the fuck she was doing. Ergo, she did it out of arrogance. That, alone, is enough for me not to vote for her. Her track record is full of arrogance and unethical, albeit legal, behavior. Another reason I’d never trust her much less vote for her.

One reason our nation ended up with a fucking moron and traitor like Trump is because people voted for the lesser evil and kept getting more and more evil. We started with Bill Clinton and ended with Pedo Don. Let’s hope more Americans start voting their conscience instead of their party.

How could her staff be appointed and in place? She has no office. She won't have an office until she is sworn in. She may have already asked people if they are willing to be hired but she has no money with which to currently hire anyone. She won't have any money for a staff until she is sworn in.

Are you saying she is sworn in and, then and only then, are staff interviewed, whittled down and finally appointed? That could take several months or more!

She will be sworn in at the end of this term in June or July when Breyer retires. The court doesn't start hearing cases until October.

Does time work differently in your world because that gives her several months to interview and hire when she is actually a justice.

Unless a "true believer" keeps one to release at whatever moment they think is "just the right moment"... sacrificing themselves on the alter of stupid.

I'd bet they are kept for a record of the process though, releasing only the final ruling.

I have no doubt the leak will be revealed. Whether or not the person is identified publicly remains to be seen. The security and integrity of the court is at stake here…..as if it needed more distrust. LOL

Part of this is probably blowback from Tea Party to current Trumpian/Qless distrust of all government.
