Yes, but if "society" deems that there will be NO form of contraception, and then criminalize abortion regardless of the reason, then how does "society" not bear some responsibility for the the consequences of it's laws?

Explain how you give "rights" to a non-person. And if by your Christo-fascist mindset you outlaw all forms of contraception and criminalize abortion regardless of the reason for it's necessity, how does "society" not bear some responsibility for the consequences of it's "laws"?

Rights are not granted to you by government, they are inalienable and automatic. I'm Buddhist, not Christian so that insult doesn't fly for a second. I also am open minded enough to see some allowance for abortion, but nothing like abortion on demand through the third trimester that Leftists like you want. That is nothing but legalized infanticide.

Man, you do like to shovel it! WHO determines how the definitions of the words you used are applied? People do. How is that applied or recognized? Through a government of, by, and for the people. That's how YOU get to live in the lifestyle you are accustomed to, as were your parents, grand-parents, etc. "inalienable and automatic" sure as hell didn't apply to the Native people of this land, nor did it apply to African slaves and their descendants fully until about 1968 (end of Jim Crow laws). Nor did it apply to women for decades (right to vote, work). You're no Buddhist.....Buddha wouldn't truck with the MAGA machinations you have so liberally supported and advocated on these posts.
