My leaker prediction - someone on Thomas's staff

Let's piece this together. The leaker lacks any integrity. That, in my mind, eliminates any clerk for any of the three liberal justices and also eliminates any clerk working for Roberts. So that leaves the five conservative justices who are/were inclined to overturn Roe. Alito writes an opinion based on the initial votes of the court. Roberts is, of course, horrified by the brazen nature of the decision. It is a radical departure from court precedent. Roberts floats decisions that might leave Roe in place while allowing some restrictions post first trimester. And at least one conservative agrees. That one conservative would NOT be Thomas or Alito. Which SCOTUS justice is the slimiest, most partisan, and has the least integrity?

I suspect it could be his wife as well. I'm sure that she has access to his computer/laptop. I can see her leaking it in order to make Trump look great for appointing enough partisan justices to overturn Roe v Wade. Make him a shoe-in, in 2024.

The question is does the court always do printed copies of the draft rulings when they pass them around or do they do digital copies and then some justices print them. The copy that politico got was a scanned paper copy that has a bent over front page and holes where the staple was removed. That might be enough to track down the culprit if the justices allow the marshal to do a complete investigation.

It means whoever scanned the document had to have access to a paper printout and then had to have access to a scanner that was probably not in a public area.

I read up through the part that I highlighted and laughed. Reading the rest did nothing to increase the sensibility.

Is integrity also the thing that drove the doxxing of the justices so the liberal mob could attack them in their homes?
