"Madison" keeps getting caught driving without a license. He has been caught half a dozen times, but considering those times he tried to get out by saying he is a member of Congress, I has got away with it many, many more times.
How many times have you been pulled over in the last year? "Madison" seems to be pulled over once a week. He is not a safe driver.
I am just saying that for someone who is paralyzed because of drunken driving to be drinking and driving illegally... It just shows that "Madison" can not learn from his mistakes.
