It is very difficult for an American to travel to Cuba, especially on short notice. There are many penalties, which make it costly for Americans. So Cuba would be a bad choice.

Mexico on the other hand is easy to travel to, and very cheap.

Unless the SCOTUS Marshal can nail the bastard, Roberts should ASK all clerks AND Justices to take a polygraph. Fire any clerk who refuses and, as much as possible, isolate any Justices who refuse.
If they can PROVE it was Jain he needs to take a perp walk on his way to trial and prison. If he can be made to flip on the Wise Latina she needs to be impeached come November.
