It depends on what you call winning.
Russia failed to take Kyiv. But they regrouped and they have control of the Donbas and most of the Black Sea coast.
It’s still early and I’d bet Putin is satisfied with that for now. He’s in it for the long haul.
This could go on for several years.

it all depends on how much of Ukraine Biden is willing to let him keep......personally I think they should make him give back Crimea and the land he took from Georgia.......

then, make him rebuild every building he blew up in Ukraine.......

Once again this isn’t Brandon’s or NATO’s call.
Ultimately it’s up to the Ukrainians and after what Russia has done I’m sure they agree with you.
