Alito explains the process of how you can find the right to privacy in the 9th amendment. He also explains that the privacy still exists in any other ruling that used that privacy as the basis such as Lawrence and Griswold and this ruling doesn't affect those rulings in any way.

Hmmm.. So they had to write a specific law to say an embryo and a fetus were legal victims in 2004. Why would they have to do that if the fetus was already a person since it was already illegal under Federal law to kill a human in a law passed in 1948? It seems your own arguments are defeating your claims.
