These far left loons who scream for the right of a mother to murder her own child can shuck and jive til the cows come home but there has been a momentous shift in America...of Biblical proportions.

That is not a biological difference as a 9 month 1 day old that has passed through a woman's vagina needs food, water, and oxygen as well, should a woman be allowed to deny her born child food, water, or oxygen?

The fetus needs a placenta to protect it while in the womb, a baby does not need a placenta.

it's most BASIC tenet is 'definitions'.................just like YOU are defining a zygote as NOT a human being.............the ATF/Biden is defining an unserialized lower receiver as a FIREARM, thus granting themselves authority to regulate them.........

This demolishes Roe on ALL fronts, the cultural and legal history of the issue, the false 3rd party narrative inserted into the decision, the fundamental in-applicability of the 14th Amendment and the error of allowing this decision to be made by the judiciary instead of the representatives of the people.

I don't know the internal procedures of the court but they should release ASAP to minimize violence and possible loss of life on their doorstep.

So you're saying a woman has the right to deny her 9 month old food, water, and oxygen if it has passed through her vagina as well? If not, then why not?

A 9 month old that hasn't passed through a woman's vagina is no less viable than one who has.

Yes, she was the women who claimed to change her mind about Roe vs Wade, who on her death bed confessed she had been paid to state that she no longer supported abortion, but she actually did still support women’s right to choose.

She took money to change her position.

Then explain why one can be charged with murder of the child for intentionally killing a pregnant woman?

The laq defines personhood at birth because the law makes no sense and is nor backed by science it is backed by nothing except a desire to keep abortion legal.
