It depends on how the beef was killed. A quick, painless calm kill is best. It's not good to have the animal under any stress when killed, the adrenaline toughens the meat.

Just thought I'd mention it. Some people don't know.
When a President of the USA says he wants to leave the decision up to the states, he is not promising to decriminalization of marijuana nationwide. He is promising to leave decriminalization up to the states. States will do different things. For instance, NJ is now selling recreational marijuana, and the federal government is doing NOTHING about it.
I am relatively sure that marijuana was criminalized before Biden was even born.
