When they shadow ban folks they make it so that while you aren't unable to tweet folks do not see your tweets regardless. So, folks that are shadow banned tweet, but reach less than 5% of what they would before they were shadow banned... this is something that TwitLer does to stop conservatives from reaching folks when they believe that their opinions or the information they are posting about are "misinformation". Like Hunter Biden's laptop or negative opinions on whether you should get a fourth vaccine dose.
