Biden needs to explain why GOP lies and bullying are a danger to democracy

As Attorney General Merrick Garland moves at a snail’s pace looking for a chain connecting Trump to the violent marauders at the Capitol on Jan. 6, Americans are in need of a coherent explanation for why the GOP’s conduct is so unacceptable and why it should be disqualifying for office.

Biden certainly does not want to interfere with legal investigations, but he has the authority and the obligation to explain why Republicans are unfit to serve. It’s weird that he has resisted doing so forcefully, despite all the evidence of a massive assault on democracy.

Regressive leftist liberals accuse others of what they do. You've got it ass backwards again dipshit.

Partisan hack
"Partisan hack", also called political hack, is a pejorative term describing a person who is part of the political party apparatus, but whose intentions are more aligned with victory than personal conviction. The term "hired gun" is often used in tandem to further describe the moral bankruptcy of the "hack".

New Details Underscore House G.O.P. Role in Jan. 6 Planning

A court filing and newly disclosed text messages provide additional evidence of how closely some fervent pro-Trump lawmakers worked with the White House on efforts to overturn the election.

It has been clear for more than a year that ultraconservative members of Congress were deeply involved in attempts to keep Mr. Trump in power: They joined baseless lawsuits, spread the lie of widespread election fraud and were among the 147 Republicans who voted on Jan. 6, 2021, against certifying President Biden’s victory in at least one state.

Records Mark Meadows turned over to committee investigating attack are missing texts from critical 12-day period

Days before Joe Biden’s presidential inauguration, Republican congresswoman Marjorie Taylor Greene appeared in a text to White House chief of staff Mark Meadows to press for Donald Trump to overturn his 2020 election defeat by invoking martial law, new messages show.

Biden can't remember what Title 42 is and does, because he isn't all there and it wasn't supplied for him on a teleprompter. There is no way he could explain anything that complex, however untrue/true it is without some serious downtime away from the public and practice for many hours so that he could appear like he still has a brain. Even with that someone could ask him a question he is unprepared for and he would go off on how it is important that the CDC can violate rights if the Administration really wants it bad and how the SCOTUS was going to save his jack booting for the future...

There was no "planning" of the events of January 6th. That is a laughably asinine lie being promoted by the DNC and the dishonest idiots in the mainstream media. :palm:

It will also take more than one speech or one ad buy to drive home the message. The threat that the GOP poses to democracy must be a constant refrain, as was Biden’s “restore the soul of America” in the 2020 campaign. Quite simply, Biden must explain why this “ain’t your father’s Republican Party.”
