I just want to know if this if finally, irrevocably, at long last, IT. I've been hearing this for 5 or six years now.

His lawyer is saying that since tore up any notes, what the prosecution is looking for just doesn't exist. They'll file for an appeal...whether they get it is another story.

IMHO, Dump isn't going to jail, and his "empire" will eventually just cash out..leaving him a wealthy, embittered sociopath and his kids playing Wall St.

Trump said that what is demanded from him does not exist.

At this point the other side must prove that it does, or at least make a great argument that it likely does...."I dont believe you" that we got from the judge is prejudicial Bull Shit.

Evidently, you're ignorant of how things work in the real world. Let me dumb it down for you:

The defense is bitching that what the prosecution has done is just submit a form letter with a few changes for the new charges.

The judge says, "And your point?" Because once you alter SPECIFIC CONTENT in a "form letter", that changes the focus/direction of what that letter pertains to. This does NOT negate the legitimate inquiry/request by the prosecution for the new material. Think of it as a form letter for issuing you a court summons. Your name and the case it pertains to is DIFFERENT from someone else's.

Now, whether the defense will get grant for an appeal remains to be seen. Given they've already done a generic document dump to try and hide what the prosecution is seeking, their stalling is extremely limited. Throwing the long disproved "stolen election" BS isn't fooling the judge....or for that matter any rational adult who isn't wearing a MAGA hat.

1. The Orange Oaf lies at the drop of a hat....that's what con men do. If he was the genius business man that he constantly tells us he is, he'd have that material if for anything that his legal team would need for taxes, etc.

2. Your las sentence is a combination of a moot point coupled with ignorant (willful or otherwise) MAGA BS. Pay attention: the whole point of a trial before a judge (and jury) is to convince them of guilt or innocence. The judge wasn't buying Dump's BS. TFB for the MAGA minions .... justice is a bitch when the shoe is on the other foot.
