People can choose their actions but not who they fall in love* with. They can avoid the person they love but the love is still there.

Part of the history is that gays used the argument "life choice" since there's very little science on why people are gay or straight. There's no gay gene or straight gene. It's wired so deep into our DNA that it takes a lot of genes working together....and no one knows why. LOL

Bottom line is this; while kids are naturally curious about everything sexual, when it came down to choosing to steal a Playboy or a Playgirl at the local 7-11 back in the day, which would you have chosen? I'd have chosen the Playboy in fourth grade and later.

It's not the school's job to teach kids about sex. Period. That is the parent's job, but most of us learn it on our own.
