Attorney says feds subpoenaed Hunter Biden paternity documents, including tax returns

No, but answering a question with a question is a sign of guilt and/or deception.

Dodging the Question

I learned a long time ago not to answer any Dutch Knuckle questions.

A) Irrelevant

B) Dutch Knuckle is a faggot

Big Bobbie Bobulinski said so, the “big guy” in an obscure memo was Papa Joe, even the guy who authored the memo publicly said it was not, all they need is to plant the innuendo, say enough, and for them it becomes fact

Yeah. Even if it did refer to Joe, though, I believe that memo dates to the Trump years, such that at the time Joe was just a private citizen, so there'd be nothing unethical about his son running a business matter by him.

Taking money from and lobbying foreign governments. BTW, he was doing it while his dad was vice president, too. Biden was selling access to his office.

China owns him.

Taking money from and lobbying foreign governments isn't illegal. Is there something you think he did that was? Also, do you see any evidence at all the Joe Biden sold access to his office?

I think they are trying to make a case that Hunter is an unregistered agent of a foreign power.

Because he was "The Big Guy's" bagman, you simp.

If it was Don Jr. in the same situation, the media would be running it 24/7 until he was locked up, and then some.

There's proof he did illegal things in the the public domain, even. There's no question about Hunter Biden doing illegal things, or his daddy being connected to them.

Or the media running away from reporting on it, and Big Tech censoring talking about it.

This was known before November 2020.

Hunter's 2 partners who are in prison gave up their emails which prove that the ones are Hunter's laptop are genuine.
Absolutely

What, specifically, do you think was illegal, and what, specifically, implicates his father?
It was a influence pedaling scam. Plus Hunter was acting as an unregistered foreign agent. He took money for the Big Guy that wasn't declared as income by the Big Guy...Joe Biden.

If so, that would potentially have consequences for him. As I recall, the penalty would be large if they could prove it was willful, but otherwise it would be a misdemeanor. It's the same thing Paul Manafort and Richard Gates were guilty of. But, as I understand it, there's a commercial exemption that would mean you don't have to register if all you're doing for the foreign entity or individual is furthering its commercial interests. Since 2003, that even exempts political activities undertaken for a foreign corporation for commercial purposes. So, it seems like it would be difficult to argue he should have registered, and almost impossible to prove that failure to do so would be willful in his case.
