PostmodernProphet

Disney pays property taxes just like every other person or business. To say they dont is just one more lie.
then obviously those complaining their rights have been taken away have made a mistake......

actually I believe Citizen's United guarantees that.......however, they obviously are not entitled to special exemption legislation.......special exemptions would seem to be the antithesis of equal protection......
If you own a business in Florida You had better agree with the governor, at least in public. Very Soviet!
They aren't playing politicsThousands of Florida companies have some type of special exemptions, why aren't they being punished, Einstein?
Should the government do "Special Deals" for them? What about your pillow boy
Chick filet’
And other right wing corporations?

Exactly!they aren't being punished.........they are simply being treated equally with all the businesses that aren't special........
Chick-fil-A is a successful business. The My Pillow guy is a nut but he's also still making money. Progressives forget the making money part and do shit that pisses everyone but other Progressives (about 15% of the population, possibly slightly less) off.

I’m sure Floridiots will be joy filled at maintaining all of Disneyland’s infrastructure
Do you understand how fucking big their entire complex is?
Hahahajahahajahahahah
Disney makes mountains of money
Hypocrite
https://www.cnn.com/2022/04/19/investing/disney-stock/index.htmlNetflix's stock (NFLX) has plunged more than 40% this year, ahead of its first quarter earnings release after the closing bell Tuesday. Meanwhile, shares of Disney (DIS) have dropped nearly 15% so far in 2022. That makes Disney one of the worst performers in the Dow, which is down just 4% this year.
if you own a business in Florida and have an special exemption from paying property taxes, you should be aware that if you decide to ignore state law you may lose your special exemption and end up paying taxes like all the other businesses in Florida.....
This should be thrown in the face of every Republican who tries to play the free-speech advocate, based on opposition to Twitter of Facebook fighting misinformation on their sites. Unlike those things, which involve private companies making business decisions about what content they want to host, this is an actual example of attempted government censorship. DeSantis and his goon pack are trying to inflict economic harm on Disney to punish their leaders for having expressed negative opinions about some Republican legislation. The clear goal is to intimidate others into silence: to send the message that if you exercise your first amendment rights to express a political opinion that the political leadership of the state opposes, you will suffer grave consequences from the government. If those newly hatched free-speech advocates of the right were at all in good faith, they'd be savaging DeSantis for this abuse of power.
Why did DeSatan allow them to be treated specially for so long then?
Now you will pay for it all

Tell that to the investors in Disney:
Disney investors aren't having as awful a year as Netflix shareholders. But that's not saying much.

haha - Desantis is playing chess while you shit stains are playing checkers
anyone see his public statement -
You’re a corporation based in Burbank, California, and you’re gonna marshal your economic might to attack the parents of my state?
California - the state despised by much of the country - and he pointed out - the shitty decision makers don't actually belong to Florida - they belong to that shitty state we love to hate on.
