april 21 2022 Billionaire Tesla CEO Elon Musk has secured the funding required financing to make a tender offer to buy Twitter and take the company private, according to a new SEC filing.

The document shows that Musk has received $46.5 billion in commitment to help finance the proposed deal. Through a tender offer, Musk plans to approach Twitter shareholders directly and offer to buy their shares within a specific time frame. He is, however, still considering whether to launch a tender offer for Twitter.

Musk, the richest man in the world, has secured $25.5 billion in debt financing from Morgan Stanley Senior Funding and other financial institutions, including Bank of America, Barclays, and Mizuho. He has also committed to provide $21 billion in equity financing, according to the document.

Musk is seeking to negotiate a “definitive agreement” with the board for the acquisition of Twitter.

They are a private company that is PUBLICALY traded on the stock market and Musk is about to own them. We will see if you like how Musk manages his private company after he buys it.

Ever company on the Market is traded “PUBLICLY” and they are all still private entities, Twitter is no different, and I could care less who owns or what Twitter does, never been on it, never read it, and usually question the authenticity of tweets I see repeated elsewhere, easy to frame anything one wants in 280 characters
 
What cracks anyone up with this sudden interest on Twitter is that if it weren’t for Trump manipulating Twitter for his own personal purpose, and then banned from Twitter, not one of the MAGA militia would give a damn about Twitter
 
I wonder what leon is up to. Being super-rich he is likely a globalist and would not hesitate to betray america. All his talk about being anti-liberal is maybe another of his cons.
