It is time just to admit DeSantis does not have the evidence

Well I'm glad to know that you're not concerned... Because there really isn't an issue... Floridians should be glad they're getting new textbooks... that's awesome... And textbooks are accepted and rejected all the time... We all want our kids to have the best available..right? I wasn't prying ...just curious...when I asked if you were a Seminole or a Gator we just happen to have both in our family...;)

Yes, textbooks are rejected all the time.

All we ask is that the people claiming the books were rejected for teaching CRT, SHOW US the actual questions that got the textbooks rejected.

For some reason, no once can point to any specific questions as proof.

DeSantis' spokesmodel has stated that he will not release any evidence, so it is time for everyone to admit that DeSantis will not release the evidence of his claims about math.

Some will say that DeSantis is so holy that he does not need evidence, his word is just to be trusted. The fact is that DeSantis is one of the slimiest politicians around, and in my book needs more evidence...

This is something that should be easily proven, but slimy DeSantis refuses to prove his bizarre claims.

Americans hold our teachers in high regard. 75% consider teachers very high, or high honesty or ethical standards. DeSantis' claim they are systemically grooming children for sex, without any evidence is backed up by his reputation as a smily lawyer who was nearly disbarred for committing a fraud upon the court, and a slimy politician who "interviewed" young women for his transition team.

Does DeSantis in Florida need proof of anything?

He's learned well from his Master, just throw it out there, the lemmings will swallow it, and if challenged, throw something else out there to deflect attention

Well it seems to be of the utmost importance to a few of you here so I hope that someday soon you get the "answers"... Bottom line, though.... you're getting new textbooks... be happy...
Interesting article...

I think you misunderstood what I meant about not being concerned.

I meant that I'm not concerned about the quality of the books themselves.

I'm sure they're fine.

What I am concerned about, is that Governor Toad keeps on using his office to launch personal vendettas against his political opponents.

It's like he's trying to show everyone how much like Trump he is.

Monkey see - monkey do.

Please tell us which math books were unjustly removed, and why?

Finally! The state of Florida started releasing some of the stuff they objected to that was related to CRT...

This one uses graphs that tell the student the implicit racial bias of various groups by age, while the one on the right shows the same thing by political viewpoint. It clearly makes older and conservative people out to be implicitly more racist.

In this example, the same sort of thing is repeated. Both use something called the Implicit Association Test as their basis.

You can take it here:

This one includes irrelevant social learning in it and is not CRT like the above two are.

Another social - emotional learning example banned by Florida law.

Well, that's a start. At least there was some CRT content in at least some of the textbooks rejected.

So you've got the links?

FANTASTIC!

How about posting a link so that I might see the actual questions in the rejected Florida Math Texts that were supposed to teach CRT to children?

Okay!

Yeah, you didn't expect that huh?

Students at a public school in Missouri were given a math assignment referencing Maya Angelou’s sexual abuse and sex work

“CRAP BEING TAUGHT (TO) OUR KIDS – SICK!” a Facebook user wrote April 18 in a post that was shared more than 250 times in two days. Other versions of the image racked up thousands of additional shares across Facebook and Twitter.

The image shows two algebra problems attached to trivia questions based on Angelou’s life.

The first question asks students to fill in the blank to the following prompt: “Angelou was sexually abused by her mother’s ______ at age 8, which shaped her career choices and motivation for writing.” The second says, “Trying to support her son as a single mother, she worked as a pimp, prostitute and ______.”

This was a real assignment given to high schoolers in the Lincoln County R-III School District in Missouri. The full image of the assignment shows additional questions about Angelou’s hometown and professorial career at Wake Forest University, among other topics.

District says assignment, letter are legitimate
The assignment was given to about 60 ninth grade students during the week of Feb. 14-18, the district’s community relations director, Audrey Henebry, wrote in an email to USA TODAY.

It was taken from teacherspayteachers.com, a website where educators across the world can buy and sell instructional material from each other. The intent for the assignment was to “provide cross-curricular content,” Henebry said.

This is definitive proof, faggot.

"Students build proficiency with social awareness as they practice with empathizing with classmates." Yeah, that's how it's written. Apparently not by an English major or at least not one worth a damn.

This is from the "Adding and Subtracting Polynomials" lesson.

There's your example, fuckface.

Straight from Tallahassee via Palm Beach County, motherfucker. By the way, that's a left-more-than-right newspaper.

The 1st chart has politics injected right into it.

Yeah, that's total bullshit. This is the shit these Social Marxists have been getting away with and fucking the kids' minds for 2 generations now.

IMO they should be hanged for the commie traitors to America that they are. Their goal is to take America down.

That'll be the next thread I start..yep. On how these fucking Communists doing all these things' goal is to take America down.

They don't want freedom for you, they want to rule you and over every aspect of your life.

Prove it Walty.

We keep coming back to the problem, that DeSantis is making insane claims to have spotted secret messages that millions of other people have all missed... But he refuses to present where those secret messages are. That means you can not prove they are there, and I cannot specifically prove they are not.

At least I can come up with a general proof, you do not even have that. I cannot not prove that a specific message is not there, because DeSantis refuses to tell us which specific messages he has supposedly found. But, the simple fact that no one else has found these secret messages, when millions have looked at these books... The odds that DeSantis is the only person to spot it are astronomical. And then, the motives for him hiding the evidence of his finding it. The most reasonable explanation is he is a slimy politician making up lies. The other explanation that he is in on the plot, and covering up the secret messages, while also announcing them, is also far fetched.
