Trump’s Already Badly Failing Social Media Network Is Now Crashing Regularly

If there’s one thing Donald Trump is actually very good at, it’s failing miserably at business. Like a Bizarro King Midas, everything Donald touches seems to turn to sh*t—whether it’s still-laughable Tour de Trump or the lawsuit-plagued Trump University. Yet somehow, the former president persists, presumably with the belief that his next business venture will be the one that finally sticks. From the way he talked about Truth Social, the social networking site he created as revenge for being permanently banned from Twitter, Trump may have believed that this would be his unicorn. Alas, it was not to be.

Just six months after first announcing Truth Social, which was set up suspiciously quickly and utilized some shady business practices, the site hasn’t really quite launched as it has failed bigly at essentially every turn. First, they were accused of stealing code from another platform (classic Trump!), then it just turned into an outright clusterf*ck. Even Trump himself has only ever posted on it once, though that could be because the site’s technology is absolute shite, as The Daily Beast reports.

According to The Daily Beast, the problems began (or, well, worsened) on Monday morning, when the website DownDetector reported that the site was flooded with outage reports beginning around 7 a.m. and that it wasn’t until approximately 3:30 p.m.—more than eight hours later—that the issues seemed to be getting resolved. One user called the day’s experience “the worst I’ve ever seen.”

Nothing much happening there. Mostly small businesses trying to sell MAGA clothing and "I HATE NAGGERS" t-shirts.

All part of the eventual disassembly of TrumpCo. Step by step, piece by piece and brick by brick until nothing is left except a small little island around Trump at Mar-a-Lago.

Notice the MAGAs on this forum are too embarrassed to admit they use it. Were there any doubts that it would fail miserably? Has Trump blamed Nancy Pelosi for its failure yet?

There is one good thing about it. It got that fucking moron Devin Nunes out of Congress. Now, if they could just get Gosar, MTGazpacho, Boebert, Gaetz, Hawley, Cruz, Jordan, Gohmert, Clyde out of Congress as well, maybe I could vote Republican once again.

For those who are willing to hear what I say rather than believe what you want:

I wanted to know what the heck the crowd would be like, it had to be either the leftist of leftists trying to troll and the Trumpiest of Trumpsters Trumping the Trump and showing how much they love Trump more than the other Trumpers... (notice how it sounds like Smurf? I did too).
 
For sh*ts and giggles let's say Musk goes through with his purchase of Twitter and does make changes allowing more free speech. We've seen progressives threaten to leave the platform in such a scenario. Who would step up to create a new left-wing Twitter equivalent?

The DEZI (Democratic Socialists) Party Twitler Platform? Don't they already have the Dezi Underground?
 
They raised a lot of money to launch that platform and Trump got a lot of it for himself. He does nothing without a payoff. However, incompetence affects everything he does.

Hell, they could just name it Twitter 2. At the core this is really about Trump. People were willing to post on Twitter before he was deplatformed but if Musk allowed him back on now they wouldn't? Some wouldn't. Would there be a big exodus? I can't say although I find that hard to believe. (Not to mention, Twitter mobs looking to cancel people will likely have fewer targets on a board of only like minded people.)

He needs the money for his $400M debt and all those lawsuits coming his way.
