It's unlikely since (exc. during the pandemic) you have to leave the house to do so.
I wonder something -- do you actually *know* any gay or trans people? My guess is not because they are very sensitive to haters and would be reluctant to reveal anything to a bigot like yourself.
I wonder something else as well. Do you think of yourself as a Christian? If so, do you think it's damaging to a child's mind to tell them that they were born into a state of sin and that they need to fix that by joining a particular religious cult, or risk hellfire? It's a recipe for lifelong guilt, depression, and self-loathing.

Actual teachers want and need the flexibility to address dozens of issues that crop up on a daily basis with their students. Sounds like some want them to be forced to consult a three-inch thick binder of rules before speaking. Then there are the "educators" who would serve the regime well by working in re-education camps in the GOP gulags, if only they still could.
Sounds like an excellent way to get educators to find other careers. Is that the hope?

They are leaving their profession, so, I think it is. Trumpublicans hate teachers. The last six years I have seen them ridiculed and disdained on this board as well as IRT. It’s disgusting.
Not a hater at all My golf partner for ten years was a lesbian. It was just not shoved down anyone's throat. People just be people.
Why would this impact their ability to teach and have positive interactions with their students? And especially their "well being".... Did the "number of teachers" express their specific concerns?
I don't know any teacher...or parent... who thinks it's "trash"...or calls it the "don't say gay"... law...
