Agreed. He prohibited the cruise lines from requiring vaccinations. Not only is that a government intrusion in private business but was dumb since many of the cruise lines sail to places like the Bahamas which require vaccinations for entrance.

The courts recognized that overreach of governmental power and blocked the law.
