I dont think that there is any refusal to put Trump on charges, this is all about timing, doing it closer to the election will be more damaging to the the Rebellion against the failed elite class....this is tactical.

Just last week, Jaronka testified willingly. It's only necessary to show that trump watched his terrorist attack on t.v. for hours, and did nothing.

Each day brings new evidence. Even with a Republican Congress, the DOJ can still indict trump.

Politically, the closer to November the better.

Trump would never be suspected of organizing so much as his thoughts so you don’t need to worry about the Justice Department charging him with anything as involved as organizing all the strands and mayhem of Jan. 6. He only incited the attack, then held back from authorizing the means to stop it. Garland may charge him, may decide it’s not worth it, may secretly agree with Trump not to charge him in exchange for Trump staying out of the 2024 race.
