A lawyer for a woman who accused former President Donald Trump of raping her in the mid-1990s and then filed a defamation lawsuit against him said Tuesday she will not seek to depose Trump prior to trial because it would cause unnecessary delay, but added that a DNA sample was still being sought.



Why would they request it if they didn’t have evidence from the scene of the crime?

For what? You rightys are nuts. If they could have nailed her for a parking ticket they would have done it in prime time. McCarthy admitted the investigations were designed to hurt her polling and he was pleased that it was working. You rightys are valueless. a dozen investigations, with complete power, and they found NOTHING. Yet somehow she is a crook and Trump is honest.

There is clear, prima facie evidence that Trump obstructed justice in the Robert Mueller investigation. More than 1,000 former prosecutors signed a letter stating that “the conduct of President Trump described in Special Counsel Robert Mueller’s report would, in the case of any other person not covered by the Office of Legal Counsel policy against indicting a sitting President, result in multiple felony charges for obstruction of justice.”
