Obviously you aren't at NASA level. I doubt you are even at Twitter level if you think a "top level programmer" can just step in and be up to speed on day one with code you have never seen before.
But then you aren't very top level if you think the only thing involved in running a software company is programmers.
Here, go write some code but no one knows what they want the code to do. Just get hopping and make it good code. After all you are "top level."

Active members only stick around if the app works well enough for them and there isn't something better. The app only gets better or changes if employees are making those changes and/or fixes.

The news reports so far are that Musk hasn't shown he has the funding to buy Twitter. I doubt he will get that funding. This is just like his claim a year or so ago that he was going to take Tesla private. It creates buzz and people like you jump on the band wagon and then it falls apart because only actual money talks. Musk may be rich but he doesn't have access to $42 billion in cash to buy Twitter.
you are such a moron. the tech turnover rate is super high. and a code base such as tweeter is super simple. We aren't talking an Office Suite set of products nimrod.

Employees are not just programmers. Lots of decisions need to be made before a single line of code is ever written. Then the programmers need to be managed so the code can be written in an orderly fashion so it all integrates. Somehow, I don't think you are top level programmer.
