Exclusive: British diplomats advised the CIA on the impact of killing the Cuban leader, just as the US was preparing a massive covert action campaign against Castro.

Fidel Castro’s secret service chief once estimated that 634 attempts were made against the Cuban leader’s life.

The US wasn't at war with Soleimani . That was a common-or-garden assassination by a mobster.
It wasn't at war with Cuba either. Assassination is an accepted US strategy. Let's not weep and wail if Selensky gets offed.
