Officials with the Starr County Sheriff’s Office arrested the woman last week after the grand jury indictment came down. Now, DA Allen Ramirez says the woman “cannot and should not be prosecuted for the allegation against her” following review of relevant Texas law.

With equal protection of our own laws for unemployment compensation, capital could still circulate and the woman involved could have had the opportunity to participate in the market for healthcare via market friendly means.

Universal healthcare is not just better for the nation, but cheaper. Although the Repub party and the nation are run by corporations and the wealthy. They may find a way to loot it worse.
And the Texas law that they used explicitly exempted the potential mother from being charged. This will cost them a lot of money for what they did to her.
