Yes, but to catch all three off guard is unusual. Were they lined up and shot in the head like the Insurrectionists wanted to do to the Democrats? Taken down in a gun battle? Did they get any rounds off themselves?

What about the robberies of liquor stores? The liquor got them shot so we ban liquor? Didn't We, the People see the error of banning like in the 18th Amendment?

Which indicates someone familiar with the place; a frequent customer or friend...family member.
 
When you have a business that involves people bringing in their guns you are asking to be robbed and murdered
