There is no 'Peace Process'.
Putin wants Ukraine to be a vassal state, a Colony.
Ukraine isn't interested. Especially now that Putin just kills Ukrainians on sight.

'We', are on the sidelines. We are NOT going to get involved in a 'Slavic War' between Historic Brothers. 'We' will sit and watch how Russia treats it's 'Little Brother'. 'We' will watch Putin and the Russians attempt to destroy all of Ukraine and the Ukrainians.

How does Xi stay in power? He doen't do it with Mao's Red Guard types.
He does it with the full support of the people and the Politburo
because he delivers on his end of the bargain

He promises a rising China, the people/Politburo mak him"president for life" as long as he delivers.
If he didn't - he'd get bounced

Democracy isn't an end to itself, it's a means to an end.
