and I would suggest that if YOU were stripped naked after being captured by one of America's enemies... a hood put over your head, and electrodes attached to YOUR hands... that YOU might consider yourself in severe mental anquish... but we'll never know, because that would require you to show the sort of ethics to actually make such an admission.

You can stand behind your opinion that neither was tortured but the facts tell a different story. Al-Jamadi died while being tortured and there's no doubt about it. Apparently you didn't read the article I linked.

As far as the photo of the man on the box, he was being tortured psychologically, and probably physically as well. If you don't think there's such a thing as psychological torture, try visiting a VA hospital and talking to vets who've suffered with PTSD for years.

you didn't link the story when you used the picture, as usual, and I my comment was an accurate response to the picture......it provided no evidence of torture.....it was just a picture of a body (actually, I assumed the guy was dead, that information wasn't provided either)......

as I said, I made my comment regarding your picture as "evidence" of torture....what I said was true when I said it, it's still true now....I commented on your text by saying that killing someone would fall within my definition of "torture".....
