Peace is the outcome we ALL should want. By reading what he said it looks like we just may get it, Thank goodness.

Zelenskyy emphasized the safety of Ukrainians is most important.

“Our victory may be temporary, maybe without resolving all issues, but we have chosen the direction we will move in,” he added.

“From the start, when you choose an option about what people should do or not do, people don’t understand what a full-fledged war is. My job is to give a signal so that people know how to act,” Zelenskyy said.

“And when you show how Ukraine is supposed to behave, you also have to behave accordingly."

No.

A 'civil war' is defined as a war within a nation between two or more factions for control of that nation. Wars between nations are international wars.
The so-called 'Civil War' in the 1860's was not a civil war. It was an international war, fought between the United States and the Confederate States, which were two separate nations at the time. The United States was the aggressor, and the victor, of that war.
