WASHINGTON (Reuters) - Donald Trump on Thursday sued Hillary Clinton and several other Democrats, alleging they tried to rig the 2016 U.S. presidential election by tying his campaign to Russia.

"Acting in concert, the Defendants maliciously conspired to weave a false narrative that their Republican opponent, Donald J. Trump, was colluding with a hostile foreign sovereignty," the former president alleged in a lawsuit filed in federal court in Florida.

How's about filing a federal lawsuit and federal criminal complaint against tRump, in particular, for conspiring among repukes to facilitate the lawless hacking of the 2016 election, engaging in squalid and tyrannical crimes against humanity at using that fake president position of his to do so and conspiring to incite an act of insurrectionist war against Democracy, the uncorrupted 2020 electoral college and the will of the majority voter in violation of U.S. Constitutional and federal law? The ultimate form of justice will prevail on tRump and no matter how much his friends in the gutter attempt to shield the tyrant from that type of accountability, but it would be great if justice would start being served on tRump in particular from the courts of humanity.

How many times do you need to be told Mueller didn't take up the question of collusion. He found only that there was not sufficient evidence to charge Trump with "criminal conspiracy".

Some interesting things to note in the document list.
Trump failed to pay the filing fee when filing the lawsuit and had to be asked for the payment by the court.
Trump's lawyers that signed the document are not licensed to practice law in Florida. The court had to ask that they pay the required fee and have a Florida lawyer be the primary lawyer for fillings. They have now paid the fee but have to file documents saying they have reviewed Florida's rules and regulations.

But most importantly, the Federal government has already filed a response as to the litigants that were former FBI asking the courts to redact their addresses. This shows the Federal government will be involved in this case from the beginning and probably will be filling to say those former officials are covered under qualified immunity.

The United States of America is already listed as a party to the suit even though Trump didn't sue them and no one has yet been served with the lawsuit.
