Clinton was piloting a bomber back then? Saddam only convinced those who wanted to be convinced. We had huge groups of inspectors who has great access and repeatedly told us there was no WMD. Cheney/Bush were unhappy that the inspectors were not finding WMD and he withdrew them. That was not the answer they wanted.

Biden is a seasoned statesman. He’s been around for quite a while. He should have learned to think before he speaks. I think that his comment was reckless and damaging. You know, let’s reverse the situation: Imagine if President Putin said at some public event that he intended to annex all of Ukraine, and that subsequently his subordinates tried to, quote-unquote, “walk back that comment.” I’m pretty sure the U.S. government would say, “Hey, wait a second. Putin is the guy in charge. His words are authoritative.”

We have absolutely no business inserting U.S. views into what the war’s end should look like. We should butt out.

Here's the thing; The USA has zero credibility in the world when it comes to bitching about Putin and the Ukraine. I say this because in my life time this country has aided and abetted some of the worst despotic regimes the world has scene. So as the old saying goes, people in glass houses should not throw stones.

So Biden and company should NOT be emphasizing shipping arms and rattling sabres while wailing what a nasty guy Putin is and how bad his invasion is (which he is and it is). Instead, kick the UN in it's ass to override China and Russian veto so they can put armed "peace keepers" on the ground and ramp up humanitarian aid. In the meantime, tell Zelensky to start cutting that agreement to fork over the section of Ukraine with all it's Russian friendly citizens to Russia (without armament from Russia). Saves a lot of lives and property damage.

Monitor a disputed border;
Monitor and observe peace processes in post-conflict areas
Provide security across a conflict zone;
Provide security during elections;
Assist in-country military personnel with training and support
Assist ex-combatants in implementing the peace agreements; they may have signed.

they can't get into the fighting other then peacekeeper role

Support in-country military personnel? Why the hell do you think they have military trained blue helmets who are ARMED with automatic rifles and semi-auto handguns?

WTF do you think Zelensky's speech to the UN was about if not seeking that agreement? Please get educated on the subject. Pay attention to more than the Fox bullhorn, please.
