Biden was sending a message to other Russians and the oligarchs. It was a very good idea. They know that Putin is like Trump and spends other people's lives for profit. Keep Putin and Russia more isolated. That is a great idea.

He should be handled with care like a poisonous snake. Encourage/force him to return his troops to Russia. I think it does no one any good to back Putin into a corner where he thinks he is losing power. Its the Russian people who decide if Putin stays in power not America.
