But, as this is the second time on Ukraine TV that Ukrainian citizens have made Neo-Nazi references/statements?

The Ukrainian Neo-Nazi factions are well-known. They've only really come to light to us, in the West, due to the Russian's stated aim of ' deNazifying ' Ukraine. To the Russians, eight years of having the Neo-Nazis shelling the pro-Russian people of the Donbas has been a real problem. This has been enhanced by the influx of US weaponry and the setting up of training camps inside the border with Poland. The Russians wiped out one of those with two missile strikes quite recently.
When you search for ' Ukrainian Neo-Nazis ' you'll see just how problematic they have been. They were also the recipients of US money and instructions during the coup with overthrew the elected , pro-Russian Ukrainian government in 2014. The Western propaganda lionizing these Neo-Nazis has been appalling, otherwise level-headed and reasonable people being totally sucked in by the ' valiant Zelensky ' hype.
There is a valid Russian side to this gruesome tale- but Russia has been canceled. ' Truth is the first victim...........'
No, and people who are willing to learn some history already knew that.

Roman-Taras Yosypovych Shukhevych (Ukrainian: Рома́н-Тарас Йо́сипович Шухе́вич, also known by his pseudonym Taras Chuprynka; 30 June 1907 – 5 March 1950), was a Ukrainian nationalist, one of the commanders of Nachtigall Battalion, a hauptmann of the German Schutzmannschaft 201 auxiliary police battalion, a military leader of the Ukrainian Insurgent Army (UPA), and one of the organizers of the Galicia-Volhynia massacres of approximately 100,000 Poles.
In February 1929 the Organization of Ukrainian Nationalists (OUN) was founded in Vienna. Shukhevych, under the name "Dzvin" (Bell), became a representative of the Ukrainian Executive.
In Germany in November 1941, the Ukrainian personnel of the legion was reorganized into the 201st Schutzmannschaft Battalion. It numbered 650 persons who were given individual contracts that required the combatants to serve for one additional year.
Shukhevych's titles were that of Hauptmann of the first company and deputy Commander of the Battalion, which was commanded by Yevhen Pobihushchyi.
Polish-German historian and Holocaust expert Frank Golczewski from the University of Hamburg describes the activities of the 201st Schutzmannschaft Battalion in Belarus as "killing Jews".
It is estimated that up to 100,000 Poles were killed by the Ukrainian nationalists during the conflict and another 300,000 made refugees as a result of the ethnic cleansing. 40,000-60,000 Polish civilians were killed by the UPA in Volhynia in 1943, and some 25,000 in Eastern Galicia,
