Mueller was very restricted in his investigation. He was not permitted to charge collusion. His first chapter of the report itemized the Russian connection with his staff. They are real and numerous. Several Trumpys went to jail over them. Trump pardoned many of them for personal reasons, He knows they know what was going on and he wants them to slip into the night. It was all about him. No president pardoned people to protect himself like that. It was a misuse of the power.

The Mueller report states they didn't look for collusion.

Are you saying Hillary can sue Donald Trump for leading "lock her up" chants since he was promoting a completely debunked lie which caused her provable damage? After all, she lost the election. Was Trump damaged because he won?

I guarantee Trump will not win this lawsuit. I hope that the DNC and Hillary don't ask for it to be thrown out so they can force Trump to answer questions in a deposition. But the likelihood of that happening are pretty small because there is no basis in law for this lawsuit by Trump. The question is how much will it cost him and his lawyers when they have to pay the lawyers of everyone they sued.

By the way, over half of the people he is attempting to sue can't be sued since they were acting in their official capacity as government officials. You would think Trump would understand that since he is trying to make that claim in the suit brought against him by E Jean Carroll. Everyone that worked for the FBI or the DoJ will have the Federal government substituted as the defendant under qualified immunity. That means the DoJ can be the ones demanding Trump submit to a deposition under oath. By the way it seems you are alleging that the FBI and DoJ are members of a criminal enterprise. Both are part of the Executive branch. The President is the head of the executive branch. Are you actually admitting that Trump was the head of a criminal enterprise since the acts alleged occurred when Trump was President?

If they plead the fifth in a civil suit it can be argued that they are guilty of what the refuse to answer.

I don't think you know the first thing about what a slam dunk is. You claimed Trump didn't have to present evidence but that would lose the suit in no time since the requirement for a jury is they only rely on evidence presented at trial. If Trump presents no evidence then he can't win.
