Confirmation hearings are over…

Confirmation hearings are over…

Do any of you have any objections to the confirmation of Ketanji Brown Jackson’s confirmation? If so be specific???

of course......we need to keep knee jerk lib'ruls out of positions where they can do damage.....

Are you seriously asserting that 100% of African-Americans support CRT...whatever that may be?

How many African-Americans are in the US aside from the 120k or so Obama seeded in Minneapolis and Chattanooga? I'm thinking not many.

There's about 5 in my whole neighborhood.

It’s also been my observation that people who idolize Donald Trump and other demigods had fathers who were overly harsh or abusive.

Possibly. No doubt a few did. Mostly I think it's because they are weak and scared so they want Big Daddy to save them.

Wait a minute, motherfucker..Why are blacks and African Americans lumped together there? That doesn't make any sense.

The African Americans I know are white and speak Dutch.

Dutch Faggot.

^^^ Matt proves it's medication time ^^^

Matt, do they put saltpeter in your mashed potatoes along with your meds or are the meds separate?

She's a liberal. That's why people oppose here.

Her experience makes her qualified for the high court. It's extensive.

Dred Scott?

I hope this has all helped you to understand.
she has very little judicial experience
She's been shown to be an intellectual lightweight

Intellectual lightweight? Really? How so?

he asked the nominee about other issues, including on whether an illegal immigrant should be allowed to vote or if a 20-week-old fetus can feel pain, to which she said she did not know.

Issues not relevant to a Supreme Court Justice’s job. Her personal opinions on those issues mean nothing when she does her job correctly. I don’t expect idiots to understand.

In context to her job she should put any personal feelings aside and read the briefs. You are too basic to understand how a Justice is to operate.

So, why do they want this particular person so bad, then?

The one guy announcing his retirement suddenly seems kinda off....

Published research generally supports an experience of pain being possible only later in gestation than 20 weeks. A synthesis of available evidence was published in the Journal of the American Medical Association in 2005 by experts from the University of California, San Francisco, and elsewhere, and their report concluded: “Evidence regarding the capacity for fetal pain is limited but indicates that fetal perception of pain is unlikely before the third trimester.” The third trimester begins at 27 to 28 weeks from conception.

The perception of pain requires an awareness of an unpleasant stimulus — receptors throughout the body must send a signal to the brain, where it can be processed as pain. One reason the JAMA review finds early pain perception unlikely is that the connections between the thalamus, a sort of relay center in the brain, and the cortex have not yet formed. This happens between 23 and 30 weeks gestational age, and the authors argue these connections are a precursor for pain perception. They also cite studies using electroencephalography that have shown the capacity for functional pain in preterm newborns “probably does not exist before 29 or 30 weeks.”

A March 2010 report from the Royal College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists in the United Kingdom concluded similarly:

By whom? Where & when?

She could run circles around you, anyone here, or anyone in Congress. She is anything but that. What an absolutely absurd, unfounded claim.
