The lawyers that filed it may find themselves in the same legal peril that Sydney Powell is in. They didn't check to see if what they are representing to the court is actually true.
The lawsuit alleges that Joffe gained unauthorized access to the servers in the White House. While Fox News may have pushed that lie, Durham had to tell the court that wasn't true.

Trump will end up paying the lawyer's fees for everyone he is suing. That is after they get him under oath in discovery and get summary judgement because he perjured himself.

The lies told in this lawsuit just keep mounting as I read through it. Trump is going to get counter sued and lose big time.
The lawsuit with no basis alleges that Nuestar conducted a cyberattack against Trump. That is certainly a basis for a libel lawsuit that Trump will lose since the evidence they present in no way supports the claim.

The lawsuit against Ohr, Comey, Stzrock, McCabe et al will be quickly thrown out since that has already been ruled to have been a valid investigation based on the evidence. See the Mueller investigation, the IG investigation and the court rulings on the matter. For that matter even the Durham investigation has admitted that Crossfire Hurricane was a valid investigation. All of those individuals are protected by their position as government officials conducting a valid investigation.

Trump really shouldn't be accusing others of obstruction of justice since it opens the door to the 10 counts of obstruction of justice he was accused of in the Mueller report. I can't wait for that to be addressed in his deposition. And Trump MUST be deposed if they want the suit to go forward since he has to show that he has suffered damages. That means that he must be able to be questioned about those alleged damages and anything else.

Trump has filed over 1900 lawsuits and counting, he has won only 210, it is what Trump does, either for attention, as we see here, or as countersuits to publicly deflect off of charges against him.

Irony is that as someone above pointed out, if there ever were a trial, which there won't be, all the evidence against him would only recycle the facts Barr reframed in his defense

So to claim they found no Russian conclusion is to completely ignore what they wrote. The didn't evaluate any evidence to see if there was collusion since collusion isn't a crime.

They did find multiple contacts between Russia and the Trump campaign.

between Trump Campaign officials and individuals with ties to the Russian government. The
Office investigated whether those contacts constituted a third avenue of attempted Russian
interference with or influence on the 2016 presidential election. In particular, the investigation

They couldn't establish any evidence of coordination but the report says nothing about there being no collusion.
But while they couldn't establish coordination, that doesn't mean there was no evidence of coordination based on their earlier statement.

It will go straight into the ash can. If political candidates and their campaigns could be sued for the false charges made against opposing candidates we wouldn't have any more elections. This charge isn't even entirely false if it's false at all. Mueller found that Russia did insert itself into the campaign. Mueller made no finding that Trump and his campaign were involved but neither did he find that they were not involved. Nor is Mueller's report proof of anything.
