He's a punk troll. I tried to engage him in serious discussion but he lacks the capacity. I believe he's late teens/early 20s in a minimum wage job. He's probably one of those "tough guys" who dropped out of high school to make "big money" working at his uncle's garage.

The 2nd was based on not having a standing army. It was a way to quickly raise an army to defend the USA if needed. Technology has changed. A standing army is necessary and we have one. Arms have become far more lethal. The right to keep and bear them should be heavily regulated. Certain arms should be off limits to the general public. We actually already do that. Citizens are not allowed to maintain their own nuclear missiles. Weapons of war have no place in civil society.
