Ukraine Blocks Trans Women Refugees: "They Are Men, Must Go Back & Fight"

'The Ukrainian government is refusing to allow transgender women to leave the country along with the millions of women and children refugees who have been streaming into Poland and other European nations. Instead, Ukrainian border guards are turning them back and forcing them to return home to join the fight.

Their reasoning might sour some trans activists in the West: Ukraine's martial law requires all biological males between the ages of 18 and 60 to remain in the country and fight. And it makes no exceptions for trans women.

Even trans women who have been widely accepted by their communities as woman still carry passports identifying them as males, which is what border guards see when they try to cross the border. In most cases, trans women who have tried to flee have been turned back, according to the Italian newspaper La Corriere della Sera, Italy's largest-circulation newspaper.

The paper quoted a trans woman who shared her experience at the hands of the guards: "They are men...they must turn back and fight."

The story has been picked up by a handful of European newspapers, including the UK-based Guardian. Trans women who spoke with the two newspapers described "humiliating" searches by border guards, and other perceived depredations, before being denied further passage.'

But still...I wonder how those on the left - many of whom glorify Zelenskyy - will spin this?

That isn't a meme. That man's name is Buck Angel. He was born a biological female.

I was asking a question about transmen like him being turned away.

Yeah I apologize for not making it clear. I am stupid on my part about that.

Transmen are biological women who identify as men. As is shown in the picture, he looks like a man and is tough and muscular. He can fight.

literally separating families. what can civilian men do against Russian artillery/tanks/rockets?

The UK army has a lot of western weapons and can meet Russia ion the battlefield. civilian are just ground up

1) apology accepted.
I knew I liked you a for a reason.
I.E. - you accept your mistakes (as I try to accept mine).

2) I am not trying to trample on people's wishes.
But there are larger points here.
I think it is dangerous to allow a man entrance to female change rooms/bathrooms just because he 'claims' he is now a woman...for obvious reasons.
And just ask most women how they feel about it?
I think most will not be too gaga about it (assuming you ask them in private).
And the sports-angle of this is being played out right now.

And I could not give a shit about any religious implications (if their are any).
But I draw the line on letting him hang out with naked/scantilly clad women when he has a working dick...just because he says he is now a gal.

Look...we all have to live with physical limitations.
I wish my parents were not so fair-skinned. Than my mother would not have died when I was 25 of skin cancer.

I have never understood this obsession many have with forcing people to fight against their will.

What possible use is a dude in a trench who has ZERO desire to be there and will bolt the first second he can?
And how do I know that he will not frag me just so he can make his escape?

Imo, conscripts are often more trouble than they are worth (and I am not knocking them).
Forcing someone to fight in battle against their will is sheer madness in 2022, IMO.

Glorify? he is a drag on Putin's world plans. I know little bout him and have no grounds to love or hate him.
I do not see there are enough Trannys to make any difference. You are making a big deal out of nothing and trying to blame the left for something they are not involved in.
