Yeah misinformation is a military tactic during wars. One way is to install agents or spies in enemy areas and spread misinformation.

It's a victim of Cold War 2 plaything of the neocons and way too many Congress thoughtless weapons

Look at the bombings and artillery pulverizing cities you have to think we should have negotiated those Russain Red Lines
Putin still may have invaded but maybe not.if we could have simply said "no NATO" or negotiated Crimean status .

The war is on Putin, but the suffering maybe on ourselves for not talking to another military superpower
