What progress?
Clean energy.
What clean energy? Plugging cars in is still dirty. Photo-voltaic cell production is dirty. What exactly in the process do you think is clean?
Well since you want to nitpick, it's more clean than fossil fuel and coal.
No, it's not. You'd still be using fossil fuels dumbass.
Of course. It won't eliminate fossil fuels overnight. The point is to reduce the usage and pollution. And to help keep the environment clean.
That's not what happens when you add a layer of complexity. You never should have dropped out of community college.
LOL. Don't diss the community colleges. They have many cool programs and courses.
How the fuck would you know? You didn't stay the full two years.
My mom used to teach sign language classes at a community college. Sometimes I would help her.
Those community colleges courses are good for some credits.
Great. Now back to "clean energy."
What are you proposing that is "clean?"
Well sunlight and wind for two.
Oh and yes hydro plants.
Hydro plants I'm down with. Sun and wind...no.
Same here. But like I said, there's progress. They are working on the sun and wind technology. And the battery storage as well.
Science and technology always push forward, no matter what. It's in it's nature. We are where we are now because of that. Naysayers are almost always wrong.
They can work all they want on those, they'll never get anywhere.
That is your opinion. We shall see.
They said the same thing to the Wright brothers.
Solar can work, if you take the petroleum out of the equation. Energy plants work on one simple principle no matter the fuel, they boil water. The problem I have with the "clean" energy is they all add a layer of complexity.
Maybe. Hence the work on transitioning. Fossil fuels will be used for years to come anyway. Scientists and customers can throw their money on it to their heart's content. It has no effect on the rest of us, except possibly improving the quality of living.
You have no idea what you're talking about, do you?
