You cannot say that. it would not go to court if there were no basis. She presented evidence that was accepted to go along with the case.
Trump has always used the court system as a weapon against people. That is how he cheated contractors. This countersuit is so Trumpian. if you try, you can figure out why it was tossed. it is not good for daffy Donald.

It does not work that way. When you are rich and powerful, you get better treatment from the judicial system. No evidence, no trial. Trump is a sleaze and even rightys know that. You just want him to get away with it.

NO DUMBASS. EVERY AMERICAN HAS THE RIGHT TO SUE WHOMEVER HE/SHE CHOOSES. "RICH AND POWERFUL" IS NOT A PART OF THE CONSTITUTION, AND TRUMP HAS EVERY RIGHT TO COUNTERSUE.

A JUDGE CANNOT TAKE THAT RIGHT AWAY...NO JUDGE.

THE RULING IS GALARINGLY UNCONSTITUTIONAL.

Judges have always had the right to throw out cases without merit. trump does not have some magical right to sue anyone.
