Charging an electric vehicle still cheaper than filling a gas one. MAGA wets panties.

So then you are not only limited to finding charging stations, but for food, overnight stays, and piss stops as well? Keep your EV, I'll drive where, when and stop where I want. It's still a free country (but for how long if the Dems have their way?)...

Restaurants have charging stations. Hotels and motels do too. The point is you really do not have to wander around. The net will inform you. The charging stations are very common and will be more. Do you not look around you? Open your eyes, charging stations are ubiquitous. Nobody is taking away your gas guzzler. Quit manufacturing outrage. Type in charging stations and then your zip. Learn something. It is not difficult.

Why do you post without doing any homework? there are charging stations across the nation. You can top it off while eating lunch and going to the toilet. Type in charging stations in your area and watch the screen light up. You do a recharge when you sleep too. Makes you appreciate how dishonest some posters are.

I've had my Tesla Model Y for eight months. 95% of the time, I recharge it in my garage at night. I charge when it hits 40% and charge it to 90%. Takes about 8-9 hours.
I took a 270 mile trip last Fall and it took about 30 minutes to charge each way. Just enough time to visit the restroom and get a snack and drink. And the hotel that I stayed at had a free charge so I used that when I got there.
I love it. I'll never go back to driving a gas car. Just doesn't make sense. Maintenance is lower and cheaper. Driving costs are less than half of gas cars. No radiator. No water pump. No fuel pump. No oil. No transmission or fluid.
The MAGA Morons will never win this argument. There's a reason every car manufacturer is building EV models and a reason why Teslas have an 8 month waiting list and why they sold a million EVs in 2021.

The reds hate the facts. They make up their own reality., And as gas prices rise, electric gets better and better,

If the Dems have their way, civil war is sure to follow.

You are describing yourself again. Inversion fallacy.
there are charging stations across the nation.
I already pointed that out, dumbass.
You can top it off while eating lunch and going to the toilet.
Going to take longer than that.
Type in charging stations in your area and watch the screen light up. You do a recharge when you sleep too. Makes you appreciate how dishonest some posters are.
If you want to stop overnight every 300 miles. Guess what? You still have some 3300 miles to go! Got 12 days to waste? Got enough money to pay for all those hotels? How about all the extra food and drink you are going to need?

No it really doesn't. They walked because they had no horse or it was their best option at the time. An electric car is not the best option at this time imo.

They didn't have to find a place to recharge their electric car all the time either.

Keep believing that, ColicGuy, if it helps you sleep at night. I'll probably trade in my current EV and buy a new one in 5-7 years anyway.
To: Celticguy: QED. Your argument is demonstrated right here.
The technology is advancing so fast that it doesn't make sense to keep any car for more than 5-7 years. Kinda like a cell phone.
A cell phone doesn't cost $40,000.
But go ahead and keep buying ICE cars if that's what your far right masters tell you.
Unlike you, that listens to your left wing masters, other people think for themselves. Not everyone is like you.
You'll be the one searching for a gas station in 10 years.
Why? Are you going to personally bomb them?
And good luck when you want to sell it. I'd love to be there. It'll be high comedy.
About you. ICE cars generally have good resale value. Not so with EVs. Your trade-in will not be worth nearly as much by comparison.

So a nothing of a trip. Whoopie.

Maintenance is higher. EV's require special handling in shops. Replacing the battery pack when (not if) it's required is EXPENSIVE!
The MAGA Morons will never win this argument.
Insulting people will get you nowhere.
There's a reason every car manufacturer is building EV models
They aren't.
and a reason why Teslas have an 8 month waiting list
Due to parts shortages. Thanks Joe Biden.
and why they sold a million EVs in 2021.
About 2% of the car market. Whoopie.

It was! The coils were metal, but the outside and reservoir was some form of plastic.

Heh. Those are actually pretty easy to repair. You don't even need a soldering iron!
You don't even need all the pieces.

It's just fiberglass work. You can get all the materials you need from a boat shop.
I use the West Epoxy system for that kind of work. The stuff is really easy to use.

Of course, I assume (since you called it a Lemon) that it wasn't worth trying to save the car for other reasons as well. :D

Yeah, there was another big reason. I had actually used some kinda cold weld putty to fix it b4 and it lasted a couple years.

Blue Steel, maybe? What with the other problems?..Bah!

I got my money's worth out of it.

I live in farm country. We don't have them everywhere like cities do. Don't act so stupid.

Then I guess it was time for it's ignominious death. May it rest in shame.
