I would say "yes" in the case of firearms, given how ubiquitous they are in America. Elsewhere, clearly not.

the OP, along with many other liberal notions of freedom, are the result of relying on a court of black robed tyrants telling you what the constitution means and what rights you have or don't have.
for instance, you have no right to not be framed by your government. you have no right to not be killed by your government. you have no right to be protected by your government.
With the courts telling you what your rights are, and aren't, have fun figuring all that shit out.......
