The party out of power always loses seats. Will it be a shellacking? I'd find that unlikely - too many seats are protected now. And Biden's #'s are going up - if the Ukraine crisis ends and the sanctions have anything to do w/ it, they'll go up even more.
Republicans may be disappointed. But you never know.
