Yeah I have a problem with the lack of educational diversity on the SCOTUS pretty much an "old boys " type of thing going on . Harvard and Yale aren't the only good law schools out there. We need diversity of thought. We need some different points of view.

My partner was asked to interview for Harvard Medical school because he was Hispanic. [He didn't go to the interview because he didn't want to move because he was a geologist and did oil deals in Texas to support his family] Harvard didn't ask me even though I had a higher GPA and MCAT score.
