Tucker Carlson Demands to See Ketanji Brown Jackson’s LSAT Scores

I'm not too sure what you're talking about, but the use of "cowardly" after watching you tapdance all over the place & move all kinds of goalposts is hilarious.

Do I support diversity on the court? Sure.

There. Am I all brave now?
Then we need judicial diversity of thought. We have too many Harvard and Yale grads on the court. We need to get Justices from other educational institution with different perspectives. Plus there has never been an Asian justice on the court male or female. We have women we have had black justices its time for an Asian.

Have fun down the rabbit hole.

This thread has been awesome. Glad to hear you finally admit that Carlson was out of line here.

She went to Harvard after high school graduating Magna cum laude. She graduated from Harvard law cum Laude in 1992. Now let's see Trump's honors. Oh wait, he had none. zero, zip.

A black candidate has a 10360% greater chance of being accepted to Harvard law school than an exactly equally qualified non minority candidate.

Congratulations you proved that she had a better chance than a white person with the same 175 LSAT. It doesn't mean she had an LSAT below 165 that got her a spot over a white person with an LSAT of 175.
Being a brilliant black person she had a better chance of being accepted than a brilliant white person. It doesn't prove she wasn't brilliant. And it doesn't prove they lowered their standards. It only shows that 2 equally qualified candidates might have different chances of being accepted. That is not evidence that Harvard lowered their standards.

Let's see Tucker's SAT's. Given his star power if they're not close to 800 I guess he's overrated.

I've always said this about Carlson. He's not stupid, but he's not smart.

He's the ultimate in "average intelligence." We really need to set a higher bar for someone who dictates the opinions of millions of Americans.

We know what Tucker is dog whistling! Just as we know what Express is intimating, she’s really not qualified, she didn’t earn her place, she was a token.

:rofl2::rofl2::rofl2: You can't be that stupid can you be? Wait don't answer that its a rhetorical question.:rofl2::rofl2::rofl2: It means you can't use your "but Harvard has higher admission standards" That may be true for two white student but its not true for black students. Being a minority gives you a 10,036% greater chance at getting in Harvard Law school. Barret got into Notre Dame by herself and did need a URM boost. We don't know about Ketanji and that is precisely why we need to see her LSAT score.

He was the only one standing after the station woman molesters were booted out. He was as close to gone as is possible. I was happy that he was disappearing since he was so bad.

Not a all I just want to know that she is the best qualified choice for a life time appointment to the SCOTUS. We certainly aren't going to be able to ascertain that from the singular opinion she wrote on the DC court of appeals.

One other thing that your source shows is that Brown is more qualified than Barrett since she probably had a higher LSAT.

The average LSAT for Harvard URM - 167.5
The average LSAT for Notre Dame for a non URM - 166.9

Avg GPA for Harvard URM - 3.76
Avg GPA for Notre Dame non-URM - 3.63

Which one is higher?
It's pretty clear you have to be more brilliant to get into Harvard as a minority than get into Notre Dame as a non minority.

She wrote over 600 opinions as a district judge. Are you stupid or do you just play being stupid on JPP?

Your source doesn't provide how it achieved that number. Can you give us the math? If Harvard receives 10,000 applications and accepts 500 annually, how do you get that a black person is 10,036% more likely to get in?

By the way... (from our source)

The average LSAT for Harvard URM - 167.5
The average LSAT for Notre Dame for a non URM - 166.9

Avg GPA for Harvard URM - 3.76
Avg GPA for Notre Dame non-URM - 3.63

I guess Barrett didn't need a boost because the standards at Notre Dame are so much lower than at Harvard.

Yeah, this is stupid really. I'd far prefer reading some of her decisions and seeing her decision record to seeing how she scored on an LSAT back in nineteen eleventy-two... Did we demand any other SCOTUS Justice supply scores to a test they took before law school?
