has much more to do with German sanctions. they actually showed some balls and hit harder than anyone thought they would so good for them. They have the most to lose and acted anyway.

Before the invasion and before Biden anounced sanctions the rubble exchange rate to a dollar was 0.013 on
February 28th are the invasion and after Biden announced sanctions the exchange rate was 0.010. Not a lot of difference.
